The removal of paint defects via multi-stage machine polishing & refinement to reveal the best possible finish, resulting in super glossy, deep and vibrant paintwork.
The purpose of a clear coat, aside from adding gloss, is to protect your vehicle’s paintwork. It is there as a sacrificial layer to absorb most light scratches, swirl marks, light chemical etching, water spotting etc. This is the reason manufacturers apply it. While it is bonded to your paintwork, it can, and will, diminish over time for a number of reasons. Most commonly, you will notice a ‘web’ of light swirling scratches across your entire vehicle. This is caused predominantly by incorrect washing techniques – think of it this way, every and anytime you or anyone/anything else comes into contact with the paint, a mark will be left behind. Even something as simple as wiping dust or dirt from your car will leave marks or blemishes. A Paint Correction is a procedure in which the aim is to remove these scratches, swirls, and marks with various levels of machining and refining, a technique honed over many years. It takes days to properly finish an entire car. It is this reason that we strongly suggest you pair a Paint Correction with Paint Protection – this will not only ‘lock in’ the stunning results, but also help prevent them from returning.

It is highly recommended at this stage, to apply a System X Ceramic Coating to properly protect the final result – while the results are permanent, your paintwork is still highly at risk of scratching, chemical etching/spotting, and swirling without paint protection.
Whilst we always aim for 100% perfection, the reality is that this is not possible for anyone to achieve. It is possible that very minor marks may not be removable – however these are likely not noticeable and only visible when searched for. Some scratches, especially ones deep enough to penetrate your clear coat, simply cannot be removed without respraying the panel and adjacent panels in question. The scratches will be far less noticeable however as the process will manipulate the clear in such a way that the depth of the scratch is ‘filled in’ – this, along with gloss, is actually the reason manufacturers apply a clear coat.
