      These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of car paint protection services (“Services”) by Studio Lumina (“Company”) to its customers (“Customers”) in Victoria, Australia. By availing of our Services, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

      Service Description:

      The Company provides car paint protection services aimed at safeguarding and enhancing the paintwork of vehicles. The Services may include, but are not limited to, the application of protective coatings, sealants, and treatments to the vehicle’s exterior & interior surfaces.

      Quotations and Pricing:

      The Company will provide Customers with a detailed quotation for the requested Services. Quotations are based on the information provided by the Customer and the condition of the vehicle at the time of assessment. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

      Booking and Payment:

      To book the Services, Customers must agree to the quotation provided by the Company and pay a non-refundable deposit, as specified in the quotation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services. Payments can be made in cash or through other agreed-upon methods.

      Cancellation and Rescheduling:

      Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment by giving the Company at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

      Vehicle Condition and Responsibility:

      Customers must ensure that the vehicle presented for the Services is in a clean and roadworthy condition. The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects in the vehicle’s paintwork. While all care will be taken during the provision of Services, the Company will not be liable for any damages or issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions.

      Completion Timeframe:

      The Company will make every effort to complete the Services within the agreed timeframe. However, the actual completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the work and external factors. The Company will communicate any significant delays and seek the Customer’s approval for any necessary extensions.

      Warranty and Guarantee:

      The Company provides a limited warranty for the effectiveness of the protective coating applied during the Services. The effectiveness of Ceramic coatings, PPF (Paint Protection Film), and Ceramic Window Tint Installations are covered by individual manufacturer warranties, which hold their own stipulations for ongoing maintenance and care, subject to proper care and maintenance by the customer. The warranty period and terms will be outlined in the specific product warranty provided to the Customer. The warranty is subject to proper maintenance and care as advised by the Company.

      Liability:

      The Company will take all reasonable precautions during the provision of Services. However, the Company will not be liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle or its contents during the process. Customers are responsible for removing any valuables from the vehicle before the commencement of Services.

      Customer Cooperation:

      Customers agree to cooperate with the Company and follow any instructions or recommendations provided regarding the maintenance of the vehicle after the Services. Failure to do so may void any warranty provided.

      Privacy Policy:

      The Company values its Customers’ privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more details, please refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

      Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

      The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website or provided to Customers upon request.

      Refund Policy:

      At Studio Lumina, we take pride in delivering high-quality car paint protection services to our valued customers. As a service-based business, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the following guidelines regarding refunds:

      Non-Performance of Services:

      In the unlikely event that the Company fails to perform the agreed-upon Services due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of any payments made by the Customer.

      Cancellation by the Customer:

      If a Customer decides to cancel the Services after booking but before the commencement of work, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Company. However, any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

      Completion of Services:

      Once the Services are completed, and the vehicle has been handed over to the Customer, refunds will not be provided unless there is a valid reason as outlined in this policy.

      Warranty Claims:

      In the event of a warranty claim, the Company will assess the issue and, if deemed valid under the warranty terms, undertake the necessary corrective measures. Refunds will not be provided for warranty claims but will be limited to the repair or reapplication of the protective coating as per the warranty guidelines.

      Dispute Resolution:

      If a Customer is dissatisfied with the Services provided, we encourage them to contact us immediately to address their concerns. The Company will make every effort to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.

      Exceptions:

      This refund policy does not cover instances of damage caused by the Customer or third parties to the vehicle’s paintwork after the completion of Services. It also does not apply to normal wear and tear of the protective coating over time or to pre-existing damage or defects in the vehicle’s paintwork.

      Processing Time:

      Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and other factors beyond the Company’s control.

      Changes to the Refund Policy:

      The Company reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on the Company’s website or provided to Customers upon request.
